Anode Carbon Stacking Crane is mainly applied to all links of anode carbon production, storage and transportation, covering anode carbon factories, electrolytic aluminum plants and related logistics fields. In anode carbon production workshops, it is used to hoist and transfer raw materials, semi-finished anode carbon and finished products, realizing the connection between different production processes such as mixing, pressing and roasting. In storage areas, it undertakes the loading, unloading, stacking and storage of finished anode carbon products, ensuring neat and orderly stacking and improving storage space utilization. In electrolytic aluminum plants, it is used to transport and place anode carbon products to electrolytic cells, matching the production rhythm of electrolytic aluminum. It is also applicable to the logistics links of anode carbon products, completing the loading and unloading between warehouses and transport vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
Advantages
The Anode Carbon Block Stacking Crane is a special transfer equipment for the carbon block warehouse of carbon plants. It is mainly composed of a bridge structure, crane travel mechanism, hoisting mechanism, guiding device, clamp device, control system, electric hoist and other components. It is used for grabbing and transporting green and finished carbon blocks in the anode carbon block warehouse, as well as other scattered hoisting tasks. Its built-in fixture can grab 19 or 21 longitudinally arranged anode carbon blocks each time for round-trip stacking or loading. It can also take out waste blocks and insert qualified blocks, and can stack up to 9 layers. The crane adopts double drive for the main travel mechanism, and the whole machine is controlled by frequency conversion and PLC. All actions of the crane are operated in the operating cab, which is equipped with an air conditioning device that can adjust cold and heat.
